Upright stiff stems, hold ragged edged, trumpet shaped pure white flowers in June and July that are followed by attractive seed pods. This is a superb plant for the middle or back of a border and particularly effective when planted in groups. Height and spread to around 90cm x 30cm.  Best in fertile, well drained soil in sun or part shade.
