Toothed deep olive green foliage formed in robust clumps. Red stems surrounded with whorls of lavender pink flowers in summer. Height and spread to around 1.2m x 60cm. Any well drained soil in sun or part shade. Great mixed with grasses and silver leaved cottage plants. Seedheads hold well and look good right into autumn.
