Sugar Maple. Fast growing large round headed majestic tree famous for producing maple syrup. Five pointed palmate leaves are dark green followed by fine autumn colours of gold, scarlet and crimson. Greenish yellow flowers appear in spring on upright sprays. Height in 10 year to around 6m. Can get to 25m x 10m with enough time. Any reasonable soil in full sun.
