Deep green glossy evergreen leaves on this tender, to half hardy twining climber. Bright red open flared trumpet shaped flowers all summer long. Makes a lovely conservatory climber and can be grown outdoors during the summer months. In very sheltered locations in the south of England and cornwall can be planted outdoors. I have seen them survive normal winters outside in sheltered gardens in south London.
