Newly released A. megapotamicum hybrid from the USA is covered in a very long succession of pendulous yellow trumpet shaped flowers in late summer, with contrasting deep red anthers and stamens and brick red 'caps'. Hardy in a sheltered sunny location with a height and spread to around 1m.
