Chilean guava. A slightly smaller leaved form introduced by Paul Barney from Pucon Chille that is hardier than others making it more suitable for growing in the UK. Bushy shrub with small, nodding, lightly scented white flowers tinged pink, followed by delicious, aromatic, dark red berries. Height and spread to around 1.5m x 1m. Needs a sheltered sunny position to thrive.
