Clusters of white flowers in late spring/early summer are followed by bright red berries that stay on the branches through winter until it is really cold and the birds eat them. Versatile, evergreen shrub suited to being trained on walls, grown as a free standing shrub or as a hedge. Less thorns than many other varieties. Height and spread to around 3m. Award winning variety noted for its disease resistance and healthy growth.
