Huge terminal heads of scented rosy red flowers in late summer. Large, broad and attractive deep green leaves. Height and sprean to around 2m. In very cold winters the stems will die bach and new growth will come from the roots in spring.  Best in fertile, well drained soil in sun or part shade. Mulch well in autumn.
