Chelsea plant of the year 2023. Large heads of darkest purple/ almost black drooping flowers in late summer to around 60cm tall. Best in fertile, free draining soil in a sheltered sunny position. Strap like glossy green leaves. May need winter protection when young or in exposed areas. Choice.
