Cut leaf Teasel. Rosettes of lush dissected green leaves and in summer prickly, stiff flower spikes to 1.8m tall hold creamy white thistle heads that ripen to a golden brown and act as a magnet for bees, butterflies and Goldfinches. Great for naturalising, seeds freely. Looks good anywhere, in wild flower meadows,  around ponds or scrubland.
