Long panicles of rich blue flowers in early summer. Glossy evergreen leaves. Any fertile, well drained soil in sun. Height and spread to around 3m x 1.5m. Very effective as a hedge, a wall climber or as a stand alone shrub. Plant in a spot sheltered from the worst of the winter winds.
