False Indigo,Wild Indigo. Charcoal grey stems carry soft lemon coloured 'lupin like' flowers in early summer that look impressive above the mounds of glaucous green foliage. Attractive seed pods follow the flowers in late summer and look good right into winter. Height and spread to around 90cm. Any soil in a sunny location. Roots bind soil together well so good for banks. Deer and rabit resistant too!
