Horseradish. Clump-forming perennial with long, puckered, dark green leaves. Rising from the fleshy roots, panicles of white flowers. Height and spread to around 1m. Flowers May to August. Full sun. Hardy. Water thoroughly before planting. Used to make horseradish sauce.
