Dark green, glossy oar shaped leaves with bottlebrush like spikes of blue flowers in late summer and autumn. Native to America but a vital source of nectar for wildlife in late summer. Plant in upto 6 inches (15cm) water Height to around 1m above water level once mature.  Aquatic perennial.
