Langthorns Plantery - Privacy Policy and Data Protection Act

Langthorns Plantery maintains records of customers’ names and addresses and business transactions on computer. Use of these is governed by the Data Protection Act 1998.

As Langthorns Plantery undertakes not to pass on any of its records to any third party, Langthorns Plantery is exempt from any obligation to register with the Data Protection Registrar. However, if you would like Langthorns Plantery to delete your details from our main office data base, this can be carried out at the end of our financial year (end of December). However, doing so will prevent Langthorns Plantery from sending you any of our catalogues, newsletters and brochures etc. in the future.
