Common Holly. An evergreen shrub with spiny glossy, wavy margined, dark green leaves. Small white flowers in late spring and early summer followed by (on female plants) long lasting red berries in autumn/winter. Makes a beautiful, native evergreen hedge and is also great for topiary. Unpruned height and spread slowly to around 12m x 6m.
