Rugosa rose. Beautiful, scented double white flowers throughout the summer contrast well on the heavily veined lush vibrant green rugosa leaves. Height and spread to around 1.5m x 1m.. Any soil in sun or light shade. Makes a fabulous hedge or stand alone shrub.
