Classic English apple, ripening mid season, generally ready to eat in September. Delicious and juicy with a slight aniseed flavour that intensifies after picking. Self fertile but heavier crops achieved when planted with others. Root stock = MM106. These ones have been fan trained so ideal to grow on a wall. Any fertile soil in full sun or very light shade. The more sun the apples get the sweeter they will be! Flowering group 3.
