Holly. An evergreen shrub with green stems and dark green spiny leaves, abundant bright red berries from late summer through the winter. Hermaphrodite form having both male and female flowers on the same plant but will set greater quantities of berries if a male holy is near by. Any soil in sun or part shade. Slender habit with an unpruned height and spread to around 7m x 4m but can be hedged or cut to shape.
