Beautiful old fashioned pear variety. Classic large sweet smooth juicy fruits. Excellent as an eater but also well used in cooking. Pretty white blossom in spring and reliable crops. Any fertile soil in sun or very light shade. Root stock = Quince A. Partially self fertile. Pollination group 3. Height and spread to around 3.5m x 3m.
