Variegated Horseradish. Clump-forming perennial with long, puckered, dark green leaves, splashed and streaked cream. Rising from the fleshy roots, panicles of white flowers. Height and spread to around 1m. Flowers May to August. Full sun. Hardy. Water thoroughly before planting. Excellent for flower arranging. Rare.
