Chinese wonder tree. An unusual tree reaching up to 12m x 10m at maturity. Heart shaped green leaves and long racemes of pinky brown sweetly scented male flowers in early summer, followed by chain like bunches of pea like edible red fruit on female plants. Hardy to -15c. Likes the protection of other trees around. Sun to part shade.
