Overview

A cross between M. Vulcan and M. Pickard's Ruby. Bred in New Zealand by Ian Baldick. Superb tree for smaller gardens with a height and spread to around 4-5m x 2-4m. Goblet shaped claret red flowers on naked stems in spring. Neutral to acid soil in sun to light shade.
