Dianthus cruentus (9cm)

Overview

Clumps of grey green, grass like foliage all year. From late may through summer stiff flower spikes upto 60cm tall bear clusters of the deepest red flowers with white curly stamens. Best in a well drained sunny border. Very unusual.
