Overview
Beautifully scented red flowers appear in clusters on naked stems in midwinter to early spring. Attractive ridged dull green oval leaves follow that have a spectacular display of Autumn colours before dropping. Prune to shape if needed after flowering. Humus rich fertile moist but well drained soil in dappled shade.
